Gyan Akshar Sanskriti Foundation is a Section 8 not-for-profit organisation committed to the advancement of education, research, knowledge, skills, literature, innovation and community development.
Incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, the Foundation has been established exclusively for charitable and public-benefit purposes. Its Memorandum of Association provides a broad educational and knowledge-oriented framework covering school and higher education, technical and professional education, vocational training, skill development, research, publishing, digital education, Artificial Intelligence, Indian languages and culture, career guidance and educational outreach.
The Foundation aims to create opportunities through which students, teachers, researchers, authors, professionals, educators and underserved communities can access knowledge, skills and educational resources.

As a Section 8 organisation, our income and property are applied solely towards the advancement of our charitable and educational objects rather than distributed to members as profit.
